Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Website & Content Management

  • Oversee the company’s website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and aligned with brand messaging
  • Regularly publish blog posts, service updates, and project highlights
  • Coordinate with developers or vendors to enhance site functionality and user experience

Campaign Development & Lead Generation

  • Design and execute digital campaigns that drive qualified leads and support business growth
  • Leverage paid search, email marketing, and retargeting strategies to reach target audiences
  • Align campaign goals with broader marketing and sales objectives

Social Media Strategy

  • Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Create engaging content and foster community interaction
  • Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Track digital performance using tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush
  • Generate reports with actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness

Brand Messaging & Content Creation

  • Develop compelling content tailored to the construction and property services audience

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media platforms
  • Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills

Preferred:
  • Experience in the construction, remodeling, or property services industries
  • Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
