Our company is seeking a passionate, dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our innovative team. This role is a unique opportunity to drive the growth of our brand through the development and execution of strategic digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven individual with a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, particularly Google Ads and Social Media platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of our company.
2. Enhance brand awareness in the digital space and drive website traffic and acquire leads/customers.
3. Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and use Web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display and search advertising.
4. Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc.
5. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
7. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
8. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
2. Proven working experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
3. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
4. Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
5. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
6. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
7. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
8. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
9. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
11. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
12. Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
13. Creative problem-solving skills.
