• Graphic Design professional for pre-press production for commercial printer.
• Must have knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Agfa Apogee, Quark, Imposition, Pitstop/Neo, and Acrobat workflows.
• NOT a design position, strictly prepping files for print.
• Must know color and be able to do press checks.
• Knowledge of pre-flighting files and trapping process work is key.
• Good organization ability and multi-tasking, and attention to detail helpful.
• MAC based but some PC required.

• Preflight in-coming art
• Generate proofs for customers
• Create and reformat art files to meet requirements of RIP software
• RIP production - ready art files
• Output print plates
• Partner with sales, customer service, current and potential customers to administer new label art, acquire and update proofs and file formats
• Update archived art files when changes are needed
• Proactively identify potential issues and implement actions for resolution
• Serve as a liaison between customers and all applicable company departments
