Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess 5 or more yeares progressive leadership experience in Acute Care Case Management
- RN and/or Licensed Social Worker required
- Candidates must have 5-10 years Inpatient Acute Care Case Management experience
- Certified Case Manager (CCM) required
- Proven success in a large medical center managing key stakeholders, throughput, and driving strategy
- ANCC Magnet recognized certification required
