Director, Acute Care Case Management & Social Services:

The Director of Case Management & Social Services will oversee the day to day operations of the department, ensure quality, productivity, maintain staffing & budgets, ensure compliance with all regulatory boards and drive strategic direction.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess 5 or more yeares progressive leadership experience in Acute Care Case Management
• RN and/or Licensed Social Worker required
• Candidates must have 5-10 years Inpatient Acute Care Case Management experience
• Certified Case Manager (CCM) required
• Proven success in a large medical center managing key stakeholders, throughput, and driving strategy
• ANCC Magnet recognized certification required
