The Chief Architect will provide hands-on architecture leadership, guidance, and mentoring to their distributed engineering teams, and be a close collaborator and trusted advisor to various teams in the organization. He/she will ensure the delivery of high-quality, robust, and scalable solutions across multiple businesses. He/she will help design technology architecture to align with enterprise standards, processes, procedures, and business value.

Job Details

  • 10+ years of professional experience working in a software development and/or architecture position
  • Extensive experience designing and building end to end solutions in a cloud native environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders including technical and non-technical individuals
  • Experience using Java or Python, Javascript (Angular or React), SQL/Oracle/Mongo, and cloud
  • Proven ability to mentor junior engineers
  • Experience working as a full stack developer to design solutions from end to end
  • Extensive experience with cloud and cloud technologies (Azure, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, etc)
  • Experience working in the financial services sector (banks, insurance, etc)
  • Microservices architecture experience
  • Bachelors degree in STEM related field
