This high-impact role will lead the analytical strategy that drives growth, retention, and revenue optimization across a 1.5M+ member base—representing over 70% of company revenue. You’ll own end-to-end forecasting, predictive modeling, and insights to guide new member acquisition, churn prevention, and cohort performance.
This role blends corporate finance and advanced analytics, requiring someone who can apply data science and predictive modeling to real-world business challenges—and communicate those insights with confident executive presence. You’ll lead a small, high-performing team and partner cross-functionally with Finance, Technology, Marketing, and Operations to transform data into actionable strategies.

This high-impact role will lead the analytical strategy that drives growth, retention, and revenue optimization across a 1.5M+ member base—representing over 70% of company revenue. You’ll own end-to-end forecasting, predictive modeling, and insights to guide new member acquisition, churn prevention, and cohort performance.
This role blends corporate finance and advanced analytics, requiring someone who can apply data science and predictive modeling to real-world business challenges—and communicate those insights with confident executive presence. You’ll lead a small, high-performing team and partner cross-functionally with Finance, Technology, Marketing, and Operations to transform data into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of membership forecasting models, incorporating pricing, promotions, and lifecycle trends
- Apply machine learning and predictive analytics to optimize retention, conversion, and member value
- Conduct cohort analysis and churn modeling to identify trends and business opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and access, enabling faster decision-making
- Deliver compelling dashboards, decision-support tools, and executive-ready visualizations
- Present revenue and performance insights to senior leadership, shaping company strategy
- Coach and develop a technical analytics team to elevate their capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years’ progressive business experience, including 5+ years in applied data analytics or predictive modeling
- Strong technical background with preference in SQL and Python, plus advanced Excel skills for complex forecasting
- Proven ability to synthesize large datasets into clear insights and executive presentations
- Data visualization experience (Tableau, Power BI, Domo, or similar)
- Experience in membership/subscription-based or multi-unit consumer business models strongly preferred
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
