We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to join our dynamic team in the millwork industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional who knows how to drive sales, handle operations, and lead a team for optimal business development. You will be responsible for overseeing the millwork division of our company, ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standard. Your focus will be on driving revenue, managing P&L, and ensuring the financial health of the division. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in profit and loss management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the millwork division, including sales, operations, and business development.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Manage the P&L for the millwork division, ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all millwork projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, incorporating this knowledge into business strategies.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to align strategies and ensure the overall success of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the commercial millwork industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales, operations, and business development.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent financial acumen with experience in profit and loss management.
  • In-depth knowledge of millwork processes and techniques.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
