We're in search of a stellar leader to coach and mentor our direct care staff, Behavior Analyst and contribute to the advancement of the quality of our programs through special projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet with Behavior Analysts and lead RBT's to support clinical and administrative tasks
• Monitor and maintain proper patient supervision
• Review clinical report
• Coach staff on relationships with caregivers and community collaborators
• Lead Special Interest groups
• Work with Director to identify regional needs and areas of improvement
• Represent our organization at local events
• Manage staff performance
• Discuss caseload weekly with Director

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in education, psychology, counseling, behavior science, social work
• BCBA certification
• 2-3 years experience as a behavior instructor implementing ABA interventions with children with ASD
• 2-3 years experience designing ABA programs as well as training caregivers and instructors on how to implement these interventions
• Knowledge and experience with DTT, NET, VB, PRT
• Experience conducting assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, FBA
