We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Director of Advanced Manufacturing to join our dynamic team. This is a key leadership role that will drive the strategic direction of our advanced manufacturing processes, ensuring our company remains at the forefront of the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and execution of mechanical processes, overseeing capital projects, managing budgets, and leading our talented team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a significant impact on our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and direct all aspects of advanced manufacturing processes, including CNC and Additive Manufacturing.
2. Design and execute mechanical processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
3. Oversee capital projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
4. Develop and manage the manufacturing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
5. Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective team building and leadership.
6. Collaborate with the R&D department to implement new technologies and improve existing processes.
7. Ensure compliance with ITAR, AS9100, and MIL-SPEC regulations.
8. Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth.
9. Review and analyze operational reports to determine manufacturing performance and cost issues, and develop appropriate action plans.
10. Maintain a deep knowledge of the trends and changes in the manufacturing industry, and adapt strategies as necessary.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior role within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience with design and execution of mechanical processes.
4. Extensive knowledge of CNC and Additive Manufacturing.
5. Experience overseeing capital projects and managing budgets.
6. Exceptional team building and leadership skills.
7. Experience working with R&D and implementing new technologies.
8. Familiarity with ITAR, AS9100, and MIL-SPEC regulations.
9. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
12. Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
