What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and deploying production-ready ML systems that drive decision-making, risk assessment, customer personalization, and operational efficiency.
• Building, training, and validating models using Python, Jupyter, TensorFlow, and OpenAI APIs—models that don’t just run, but deliver real business ROI.
• Leading an elite technical team (including Six Sigma black belts) to reimagine legacy processes, automate intelligently, and navigate complex ethical and operational risks of AI.
• Collaborating with long-tenured subject matter experts and executive leadership to earn trust, challenge assumptions, and align innovation with core business strategy.
• Architecting systems and pipelines that scale—not just code that works for a demo.

This role is not theoretical, and it’s definitely not just about "vibe coding." This is keyboard-in-hand, architecture-on-whiteboard, results-in-production work that reshapes business-critical systems at scale.

Core Tech Stack & Tools:

• Deployment: Model deployment pipelines, API integrations, and architecture-aware design
• Languages: Python, SQL
• ML/AI Frameworks: TensorFlow, OpenAI API, Scikit-learn
• Environments: Jupyter, Git, Linux
• Data: Pandas, NumPy, data pipelines & cloud-based processing

What You Bring:

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI and Automation solutions (5-10 years).
• Experience delivering end-to-end ML solutions: from data wrangling to deployment, using modern ML tools and frameworks.
• Strong technical leadership with the ability to lead by doing, not just by directing. You should be equally comfortable in Jupyter notebooks and architectural diagrams.
• Deep understanding of AI model design, ethical considerations, and business impact measurement.
• Comfort navigating both greenfield innovation and the constraints of enterprise transformation.
• A balance of hands-on execution and visionary design thinking - able to ship now and scale later.
