Job Details

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Current CPA license required;
  • At least two years of experience in the Division of Registration and Inspections
of the PCAOB conducting inspections of PCAOB-registered firms;
  • At least six years of progressively responsible public accounting experience,
having attained the Senior Manager or Manager level auditing U.S. public
companies;
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field and/or Accounting; MBA/Master's
degree is a plus;
  • Expert proficiency of PCAOB auditing and quality control standards;
  • Strong proficiency in US GAAP; working knowledge of IFRS desired;
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools and ability to create high-quality,
professional client deliverables;
  • Must be willing to travel domestically up to 60% annually;
  • This role will require monthly or quarterly face to face meetings with your direct
reports and/or team, which might require domestic travel; and
  • Fluency in a foreign language is a strong plus.
