Job Details

MUST HAVE -

+ Professional Engineer License (P.E.)
+ 8-12 years of experience in civil engineering, particularly related to land development.
+ Proven experience supervising and mentoring technical staff.
+ Proficiency in Civil3D software is required.
+ A major plus if extensive local experience and deep knowledge of the reporting area, along with established relationships that drive new business opportunities and enhance our market presence

RESPONSIBILITIES -

+ Proactively identifying and securing engineering clients through strategic outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
+ Leading and mentoring a team of civil engineers and designers, providing guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Collaborating with clients and internal teams to oversee the design and development of diverse land development projects from concept to completion.
+ Implementing quality control measures to ensure design accuracy and regulatory compliance.
+ Directing the design team in developing civil engineering plans, including grading, stormwater management, utilities, roadways, and site layouts, while performing or reviewing detailed analyses and calculations.
+ Reviewing, approving, and sealing drawings, specifications, and reports prepared by the internal design team.
+ Overseeing project quality, profitability, and scheduling to ensure successful execution.
+ Managing multiple projects of varying sizes simultaneously.
