Job Details
Job Summary:
Ensures safe and effective care delivery within assigned area(s) 24/7. Manages all material, financial, and human resources within assigned areas(s). Ensures competent staff performance and promotes staff development. Acts as the primary retention and recruitment officer for the unit. Complies with and supports hospital and clinical services philosophies, policies, procedures, and protocols.
Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in nursing
Education Preferred: Master's Degree in nursing
Experience Required:
3 years of recent experience in practice specialty or related specialty, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
Other:
Licensure Required: Registered Nurse Upon Hire
Certifications Required: Professional certification in clinical practice specialty or nursing leadership. within 1 Year
