Job Details

Engineering professional that can come in and build a team around our axle product.
Expertise in mechanical design, welding, root cause analysis and engineering processes (IATF 16949/ISO 9001).
The ideal candidate will have good business acumen and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Leads the Axle Engineering team focused on development of new products.
Works hand in hand with Quality to establish standards, production validation, and permanent corrective actions
Heavy focus on Marine Axle business to become full line supplier
Some travel may be required
