Job Details
What You Will Be Doing
Oversee all facilities, grounds, and maintenance operations across multiple properties
Lead and develop the maintenance team, ensuring timely repairs and safety compliance
Collaborate with leadership on construction, renovation, and budgeting projects
Liaise with contractors and regulatory agencies for inspections and proposals
Maintain a 5-Year Maintenance Plan and ensure inventory accuracy
Participate in on-call rotation including nights and weekends
Drive agency vehicles for snow/ice removal and other operational needs
Skills You Need
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
Journeyman-level expertise in one major maintenance trade
Working knowledge of at least two additional trades
Minimum 5 years of maintenance/construction experience and 2 years in supervision
Strong communication, leadership, and blueprint interpretation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Valid NY State driver’s license
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and navigate tight spaces
