Job Details

  • Lead PMs/office staff/projects/operations, ensure project quality/client satisfaction/operational consistency, identify/resolve issues, verify sub schedules/lead times, control project accuracy/scope details/costs/profit margins, assign work/sequencing/scheduling, and client/vendor/sub relationships
  • Coordinate with field team, enforce policies/procedures/standards, team work performance/expectations, docs, lead meetings, deliverables, reviews, financial reporting, contracts, and safety
  • Projects include large luxury/high-end custom homes, mostly ground-ups

Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Sr. PM or higher at a general contractor on luxury/custom home projects
  • Background of coming up through the ranks from the field and field knowledge
  • Strong personal/communication skills and attention to detail
