Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's business goals
  • Create and manage budgets and forecasts for the company
  • Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support decision-making
  • Oversee financial reporting and analysis, including monthly and quarterly financial statements
  • Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company's financial stability
  • Develop and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions
  • Manage the company's accounting and financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws
  • Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and support to team members

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a director of finance role or equivalent
  • Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required
