Job Details
Maintain highest ethics to protect the integrity of the general ledger and all reported financial information.
· Optimize monthly closing process and all associated deliverables both internal and external.
· Prepare the annual financial budget; provide forecasts and cash flow projections as requested.
· Control inventory levels; maintain proper Overhead Rates and E&O reserves; lead annual Physical Inventory.
· Provide insight and support analysis of operational improvement opportunities.
· Continuously drive initiatives to reduce working capital and improve operating cash flow.
· Analyze and approve all pricing proposals, customer credit limits, and all local contracts.
· Assess all capital investment requests and prepare cost justification analysis for HQ approvals.
· Oversee shared services - A/R, A/P and Payroll processing in SoCal; supporting centralized corporate
functions.
