Job Details
We’re seeking a Director of Fleet Management to oversee and optimize fleet operations in Longview, WA. This role isn’t about long-haul trucking — it’s about leading the maintenance, safety, and compliance of a diverse fleet of construction and industrial vehicles that keep critical projects running.
What You’ll Do
Lead fleet operations, ensuring DOT compliance, a safety-first culture, and operational readiness.
Manage and develop a team of mechanics, utility staff, and maintenance coordinators.
Oversee procurement, maintenance, and performance monitoring across a broad range of construction and industrial vehicles.
Build maintenance schedules, track KPIs, and improve cost efficiency across all assets.
Collaborate with senior leadership and operations to align fleet readiness with business objectives.
Maintain vendor relationships for repairs and fleet services.
Support ongoing improvements, including fleet monitoring systems and shop processes.
