Our rapidly expanding EdTech startup is seeking a Permanent Director of Growth to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving growth and scaling operations in a fast-paced startup environment. Responsibilities:

As the Permanent Director of Growth, you will:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, focusing on both customer acquisition and retention.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product offerings, streamline processes, and increase overall customer satisfaction.
3. Utilize data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
4. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing growth marketing team.
5. Establish and monitor key performance metrics, ensuring the team's activities align with the company's strategic goals.
6. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform growth strategies.
7. Pitch and present growth strategies to stakeholders and board members.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar growth-focused role within a SaaS or EdTech startup environment.

4. Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams.

8. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant post-graduate qualification is a plus.
