Job Details
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and experienced Food and Beverage execuive to oversee our multi-site operations across food & beverage, retail, and hospitality services. This leader will play a critical role in driving profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency—with a strong emphasis on managing Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and ensuring financial discipline across all venues.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Oversight: Lead day-to-day and long-term operational strategies for hospitality and retail operations across multiple venues.
COGS Management: Take full accountability for managing and optimizing COGS across F&B and retail, including inventory controls, procurement strategies, and vendor partnerships.
Global F&B Leadership: Bring hands-on expertise in managing large-scale food and beverage programs across international locations with varied customer demographics and cultural expectations.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team of operations managers, chefs, retail leads, and front-of-house teams to maintain best-in-class guest experiences.
Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, presentation, and overall ambiance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Marketing, Culinary, HR, and Procurement teams to align on business goals and roll out new initiatives.
Performance Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and implement continuous improvements in productivity, labor management, and margin enhancement.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and international health and safety regulations and company policies.
Innovation & Growth: Identify and implement new technologies and service models to improve operations, guest engagement, and bottom-line results.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, food & beverage, and/or retail operations, with a strong track record of success at the global or multi-national level.
Proven experience managing COGS and driving financial performance across multi-site hospitality operations.
Demonstrated ability to lead large teams across culturally and geographically diverse environments.
Experience with high-volume venues, themed attractions, resorts, cruise lines, or entertainment-based hospitality is strongly preferred.
Strong business acumen, including P&L ownership and forecasting.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced certifications are a plus.
