We are currently seeking a dynamic, strategic, and innovative Director of Human Resources (HR) to join our esteemed team. This high-profile role will be responsible for leading and managing our HR department and will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR functions, from managing retirement plans to conducting employee relations and talent acquisition.


1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
3. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a competitive and diverse workforce.
4. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
5. Maintain pay plan and benefits program to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.
6. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
7. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
8. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
9. Develop and administer employee benefit programs, including 401k/403b retirement plans, in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
10. Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and career development.
11. Foster a positive work environment that supports the company's high-performance culture.


1. Proven working experience as an HR Director for at least 5 years,
2. Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
3. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
4. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
5. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
7. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
8. Experience with talent management, performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, and managing retirement plans (401K/403b).
9. Knowledge of comprehensive benefit packages and company training.
10. Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines and their application to employee benefit programs.
11. A degree in Human Resources or related field. A master's degree and HR certification are a plus.
