Job Details

Oversee all non-clinical IS operations and manage a diverse technical team.
Plan, coordinate, and direct IS projects, ensuring timely execution and compliance.
Drive standardization, integration, and optimization of hospital-wide systems.
Develop and monitor departmental budgets and quality benchmarks.
Coach and mentor staff to improve efficiency and foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements
Must have experience with Healthcare Systems
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospital Administration, or IT (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 7 years of experience in system management and IS leadership.
Strong knowledge of EMR/EHR environments and regulatory guidelines (HIPAA, Joint Commission).
