We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Director of Infrastructure Civil Engineer to join our team. As the Director of Infrastructure, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of civil engineers and ensuring the successful completion of infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for all aspects of civil engineering design, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D, as well as stormwater, wastewater, and water supply systems. The ideal candidate will have a professional engineering (PE) license and at least 10 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of civil engineers to ensure the successful completion of infrastructure projects
• Oversee all aspects of civil engineering design, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Manage stormwater, wastewater, and water supply systems
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure project success
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Qualifications:

• Professional engineering (PE) license is a huge plus
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
• Experience working with local governments, including conducting public meetings and presentations
• At least 10+ years of experience in civil engineering
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Experience managing stormwater, wastewater, and water supply systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and codes
