We are on the hunt for a dynamic and forward-thinking Director of Infrastructure to join our IT team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take the helm of our infrastructure operations, leading a team of talented engineers and ensuring the smooth running of our networks, systems, and security. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of our infrastructure strategy, ensuring the highest levels of performance, security, and availability.

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership in the development and implementation of infrastructure services.
- Oversee the design, deployment, and operation of network systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to protect company data and IT systems from threats.
- Manage and oversee the operation of our Silver Peak, Active Directory, Fortinet, and Fortigate systems.
- Lead and manage a team of infrastructure engineers, providing training, guidance, and support as necessary.
- Collaborate with other department heads to align infrastructure strategy with business goals and objectives.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, implementing changes as necessary.
- Develop and manage the infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, implementing changes as necessary to ensure the company remains competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in infrastructure, and at least 5 in leadership
- Proven experience with Silver Peak, Active Directory, Fortinet, and Fortigate.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, system security, and data management.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align infrastructure strategy with business goals and objectives.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
- Continual learner, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
