Key Responsibilities
Strategic IT Leadership
Develop and execute an IT roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Lead a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, efficiency, and security.
Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and application support to ensure optimal performance.
ServiceNow Management
Optimize ServiceNow for ticketing, incident management, and workflow automation.
Implement security protocols within ServiceNow to ensure access control and data protection.
Drive automation and process improvements to enhance system efficiency.
Security & Confidentiality
Develop and enforce IT security policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and data privacy regulations.
Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) and encryption protocols to protect sensitive company and customer data.
Oversee security audits, vulnerability assessments, and incident response plans.
Technology & Operations
Manage cloud and on-premise infrastructure to ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
Collaborate with internal teams to support digital transformation initiatives.
Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
8+ years of IT leadership experience, preferably in the entertainment, media, or live events industry.
Proven expertise in ServiceNow administration and security.
Strong background in cybersecurity, compliance, and IT governance.
Experience managing IT operations, ticketing systems, and business applications.
Knowledge of industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2, PCI DSS).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Certifications
ITIL, CISSP, CISM, or ServiceNow-specific certifications are a plus.
