BS in Engineering, Business or another related field
10+ years’ experience in production management/plant leadership role preferably in a process-oriented. operations and/or related industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience as Plant Manager or Manufacturing Director with multiple site responsibilities or equivalent
Microsoft Excel
P&L Experience
