Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Director of National Accounts to be a leader on our sales team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales, specifically in facilities maintenance with national accounts. As the Director of National Accounts, you will be responsible for managing and growing our national accounts portfolio.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales quotas
- Manage and grow our national accounts portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at national accounts
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with national accounts
- Work closely with our facilities maintenance team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Experience in Facilities Management sales a requirement
- 10+ years of experience in national accounts sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
