The Director of Nursing Education expectations:
Guide and support our faculty members in curriculum development, classroom management, and maintaining the highest standards of education
Engage with students through interviews, orientations, and advisement, ensuring their successful progression toward graduation and licensure
Oversee administrative duties, student records, and program compliance while participating in policy development and review
Maintain and enhance your own professional competence, setting an example for continuous growth within our educational community
Foster relationships with fellow campuses, industry bodies, and the state Board of Nursing to ensure our programs are aligned with industry trends and best practices
