Job Details
What You Will Be Doing
Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations of home health services
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and standards
Develop and update policies to support patient and caregiver needs
Lead recruitment, hiring, and supervision of home health staff
Coordinate marketing strategies and referral source development
Monitor patient care quality and ensure continuity of services
Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and home visit evaluations
Skills You Need
Active RN license in New York State (required)
2–4 years of RN experience in a patient care setting
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or administrative home care role
