• Ensuring quality medical services for individuals based on their unique needs and regulatory requirements
• Allocating nursing support based on program and individual needs across assigned residences/programs
• Addressing medical emergencies promptly and effectively, advocating for individuals as necessary
• Supervising, training, and evaluating nursing staff, conducting regular support meetings
• Communicating agency updates, policies, and directives to nursing staff, providing necessary training
• Collaborating with other teams and administration to promote nursing best practices
• Remaining on-call 24/7 for clinical assessment and consultation

Skills You Need:

• Associate Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum five years of nursing experience with at least three years in a supervisory role
• Strong familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations governing healthcare
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment
