We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Leader to lead and manage our nursing team within a correctional healthcare setting as Director of Nursing (DON). This leadership role is vital in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, and compliant medical care to an underserved population. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in clinical nursing, a passion for public health, and a proven ability to lead teams in challenging environments. As DON, you will be instrumental in shaping clinical practices, maintaining regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of safety, respect, and excellence in care within the correctional facility.

DIRECTOR OF NURSING
Monday-Friday, 5 8s, Day Shift
Responsibilities: Clinical oversight, staff supervision/development, compliance/risk management, administrative duties, emergency preparedness, interdisciplinary collaboration
*3+ years of RN experience
*Acute care nursing experience in a correctional or emergency department setting preferred
*Leadership experience is required - supervisor, nurse manager, director or related position
*Active Georgia or Multistate RN license required
*ACLS/BLS certified
*Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills are a must
*Strong leadership and team building abilities are a must
