Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Must be a Registered Nurse (#RN) with a valid nursing license in good standing.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior care setting, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
3. Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to nursing services in a senior care setting.
4. Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire staff.
5. Strong clinical skills, with a thorough understanding of the nursing process and the ability to develop and implement individualized care plans.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and other stakeholders.
7. A commitment to continual learning and improvement, with a willingness to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in senior care.
8. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
9. Experience in a retirement community, senior living facility, or residential care setting is strongly preferred.
