What you will be doing:
Skills you need:
- Oversee and manage all nursing care within the organization.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Manage and supervise nursing staff, including hiring and training.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals on patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accurate documentation.
- Provide guidance in complex patient care situations and stay updated on nursing practices.
Skills you need:
- Experience as a Director of Nursing - DON within LTC / SNF is required
- RN license in NY
