As the Director of Supply Chain Finance, you’ll lead the financial strategy and performance optimization across our global supply chain operations. This role is pivotal in driving efficiency, cost savings, and profitability while supporting strategic growth initiatives. You’ll partner with senior operations leaders to provide insights, develop actionable plans, and ensure our supply chain is positioned for long-term success.
Schedule:
Hybrid: Monday–Thursday in-office, Friday remote.

- Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the supply chain—covering manufacturing, co-manufacturing, procurement, logistics, freight, and capital expenditures
- Provide strategic financial guidance to supply chain leaders, identifying productivity opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Establish and track key performance indicators; monitor trends, risks, and opportunities in plans and forecasts
- Partner cross-functionally to set and achieve supply chain financial targets, including inventory, procurement, and distribution goals
- Support contract and vendor evaluations, offering data-driven recommendations to improve cost efficiency
- Serve as the finance business partner for logistics, network optimization, and inbound/outbound freight
- Lead the annual continuous improvement plan process and reporting
- Mentor and develop financial analysts, fostering growth and collaboration within the team
- Contribute to company-wide strategic initiatives as part of the Director-level leadership group
What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA/CFA preferred)
- 5–8+ years of FP&A or cost analysis experience in a manufacturing/CPG environment, with deep knowledge of standard costing and variance analysis
- Proven success partnering with senior operations leaders and translating strategy into actionable financial plans
- Track record of leading cost improvement initiatives across supply chain and operations
- 3+ years of managerial experience with strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and forecasting tools
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-moving environment
