Job Details

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 10+ years of plant leadership experience in dairy or food manufacturing
  • Experience leading complex, unionized manufacturing environments
  • Strong background in continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, and operational excellence
  • Experience managing budgets, capital projects, and plant-level financials
  • Proven ability to lead large teams across operations, engineering, quality, and maintenance
  • Demonstrated success improving efficiency, cost, and production performance
  • Strong technical understanding of UHT, ESL, and filling/packaging systems
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership
