Job Details
Responsibilities:
As a key contributor to our team, you will be responsible for leading the performance marketing strategy of the company. This entails:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute SEO and SEM strategies tailored to each product launch.
Analytics and Measurement:
Establish and monitor relevant metrics, assessing the return on investment across various growth and marketing channels.
Content Creation:
Craft compelling technical content and targeted ads designed to resonate with our developer audience.
Marketing Execution:
Implement a diverse range of inbound and outbound marketing strategies and growth hacks.
Competitor Analysis:
Conduct thorough research on competitors and analyze their performance marketing strategies to inform our approach.
Collaboration and Decision-Making:
Work closely with executives to contribute insights for decisions related to budget allocation, branding initiatives, and the overall direction of the company.
Brand Management:
Establish and maintain a successful brand image, ensuring consistency and resonance with our target audience.
Qualifications/Desired experiences:
Prior experience in the financial market data industry, and/or a background in marketing API products geared towards developers.
Proficiency in programming languages/frameworks such as Python, C++, and Rust.
Track record of successfully launching SEO and SEM campaigns on platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and others.
Daily utilization of CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Familiarity and experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) and inbound marketing practices.
Enthusiasm for contributing to the dynamic environment of a rapidly growing fintech startup.
