In this role, you will work directly with executive leadership, support nursing faculty, improve student outcomes, and help expand one of the region's most important healthcare education programs.

Job Details

Required:
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
Active, unrestricted Connecticut RN license
Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience as an RN
Minimum 3 years of nursing education leadership or management experience
Previous nursing teaching experience
Ability to travel regularly between Connecticut campuses

Strong leadership and team development abilities
Curriculum development and program management experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to analyze student outcomes and performance data
Strong organizational and project management skills

What You'll Do:
Lead and support Practical Nursing programs across multiple campuses
Develop and mentor nursing faculty and program leaders
Oversee curriculum quality and continuous improvement efforts
