Experience should be on projects valued from $100K - $80 million in both new construction and renovations. Job Details
- 7+ years of experience
- Well versed in Planswift of similar takeoff software
- Experience with interpretation of drawings, scope narratives and civil/geotechnical reports
- Working knowledge of RFI's, Submittals and other construction documents
- Negotiate with Contractors and Suppliers
- Experience in new construction in the South Florida Market
