  • Manage team resources and contribute to annual budgeting processes to support product development objectives.
  • Represent the product externally at events and client meetings, serving as a subject matter expert and product champion.

What You’ll Need:
  • 5+ years of experience in senior or director-level product management roles, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  • 3+ years in a strategic leadership capacity managing platform-scale products.
  • Demonstrated success entering and developing new markets, with strong execution skills.
  • Strong technical literacy, with the ability to partner effectively with engineering and architecture teams.
  • Familiarity with accounting, CRM, and fundraising systems.
  • Expertise in Agile product development, including roadmapping, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science), or equivalent experience.

Key Competencies:
  • Adaptive Achievement: Maintains high standards and agility in a fast-moving environment.
  • Collaborative Execution: Works effectively across functions and teams to deliver shared goals.
