Responsibilities:

As the Director of Project Management, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Leading and managing a team of project managers to ensure the successful delivery of all projects.
2. Overseeing the entire lifecycle of mechanical construction projects from inception to completion.
3. Developing and implementing project management processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance project execution and operational efficiency.
4. Collaborating with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and performance goals.
5. Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
6. Resolving project issues and risks to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
7. Providing regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
8. Ensuring compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
9. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
10. Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project management team.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically in mechanical construction projects
involving piping, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing large scale construction projects from inception to completion.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
5. Exceptional project management skills with a deep understanding of project management principles, practices, and methodologies.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve project issues and risks effectively.
7. Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage project budgets effectively.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
9. Proficient in project management software and tools.
