A bit about us:

A leading general contractor with a strong footprint across commercial, industrial, multifamily, and institutional sectors is looking for a Director of Project Management to help restructure, systematize, and elevate their project delivery function.

This is a critical leadership role designed for a builder who loves developing people and processes — not managing individual projects. If you want to shape a department, build scalable systems, and coach the next generation of leaders, this is the opportunity.

Why join us?

Why Apply:
  • Full runway to build, refine, and scale PM systems across divisions
  • Hands-on influence over process consistency, mentorship, and career development
  • Company already has strong brand and market presence — needs the right leadership to unify operations
  • Work across a diverse project portfolio (commercial, industrial, multifamily, and institutional)

Pay & Perks
  • Base salary range depending on experience and project portfolio
  • Bonus potential: 10–20%
  • Vehicle allowance/company vehicle
  • Industry-leading PTO policy
  • Paid parental leave
  • 401(k) with match
  • Health, vision, and dental insurance
  • Disability insurance
  • Professional development support and leadership coaching
