We are a new, dynamic, private equity backed healthcare organization dedicated to providing high-quality care to our community. We are seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Cycle. As a leader in the healthcare industry, we strive to deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining financial integrity and stability.
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Director of Revenue Cycle to oversee all aspects of revenue cycle management, including billing, collections, coding, and reimbursement optimization. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing revenue, minimizing denials, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The Director of Revenue Cycle will play a crucial role in streamlining processes, implementing best practices, and leveraging technology to enhance financial performance. This position will have up to 20 direct reports, and will report to the CFO directly.

Job Details
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, business, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare billing, coding, reimbursement methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of implementing successful revenue cycle improvement initiatives and achieving financial goals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive performance.
- Proficiency in revenue cycle management software and technology platforms.
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) designation preferred.
