Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with revenue growth goals and budget parameters.
- Identify customer needs and sales opportunities across the OEM product portfolio.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships in coordination with regional sales teams and channels.
- Analyze market requirements and align them with the product line strategy.
- Provide leadership to the management team by setting goals, ensuring a safe work environment, and promoting effective communication and feedback.
- Deliver standard quotations, support contractual negotiations, and coordinate regional project execution with relevant technical stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a qualified regional organization capable of delivering strategic targets.
- Facilitate market intelligence sharing with appropriate internal stakeholders.
- Oversee and develop regional agent network.
- Prepare and execute the annual regional business plan in alignment with strategic goals.
- Adapt global practices for regional application including marketing, sales approach, CRM, IT, and talent management.
- Monitor strategic pricing and lead tracking tools.
- Expand offerings by identifying local products and services that enhance the current portfolio.
- Standardize sales processes and performance metrics.
- Drive motivation and engagement of Regional Sales Managers through effective change management and leadership.
- Take on special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in manufacturing industry sales and processes.
- Background in large-scale project sales and regional key account management.
- Familiarity with matrix-style management and corporate-level collaboration.
- Strong solution-design skills and a track record of building lasting customer partnerships.
- International exposure through direct experience or globally-focused organizations.
