We are seeking a Sales Representative with a proven track record of driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have an existing book of business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve company sales objectives and revenue targets.
  • Establish and maintain key customer relationships, understanding their business needs and strategies to ensure alignment with our product offerings.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest necessary improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports and provide insights to the executive team.

Qualifications

1. 4 years of College is desired but not required.
2. Proven experience in the sales industry.
3. knowledge of CRM software and sales forecasting tools and the ability to put these tools in place.
4. Exceptional customer relationship management skills with a knack for building long-term partnerships.
5. Strong understanding of the marketing industry, with an ability to communicate our product value to clients.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
7. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and lead a high-performing sales team.
