Director Surgical Services

• Reports to the CNO
• Looks over the Operating Room/Procedure Rooms, Preop, PAT, PACU, SPD, OR Scheduler
• Conducts all surgical specialties except hearts and eye surgery
• The ideal candidate has extensive surgery experience and is a relationship builder with business acumen.
• About 4,000 surgical cases done annually

What do future initiatives include:

• Institute guidelines for on time start, turnover, physician scorecards
• Improved engagement of staff and physicians
• Planning needs for another suite
