Job Details
Director Surgical Services
* Reports to the CNO
* 6 OR suites, 2 OB OR’s, 2 endoscopy suites
* Growing Surgical Department - expecting to open 2 additional OR-Suites in the next 18 months
* Cases include: General, Spine, Plastics, Ortho, Urology, Ob/Gyn, ENT, Bariatrics, Podiatry, etc.
* Approximately 450 cases/monthly
Qualifications:
* BSN Degree
* Master's preferred
* Qualified candidates will have 5+ years Operating Room RN experience scrubbing/circulating a variety of cases
* Prefer 3 or more years progressive management experience in the Operating Room, Surgical Services or related
* Exceptional interpersonal & communication
* Active Georgia RN License or ability to gain state licensure
