3. Requirements
- Proven experience leading IT strategy and operations in a professional services environment
- Strong background in infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and enterprise software systems
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional technology teams
- Expertise in vendor management and technology procurement
- Experience implementing cloud-based solutions and digital transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with legal technology platforms (e.g., document management, case management, e-discovery)
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to align technology initiatives with business goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, ITIL) are a plus
