Responsibilities:
As the Head of Transformation, you will:
1. Lead the development and implementation of transformation strategies and initiatives.
2. Oversee the execution of significant transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the strategic objectives of the organization.
3. Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to align transformation initiatives with the broader business strategy.
4. Lead the design and implementation of new business processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Ensure alignment between transformation initiatives and regulatory requirements, including GAAP and insurance accounting standards.
6. Oversee the implementation of ERP systems and ensure compliance with the Model Audit Rule.
7. Manage the transformation budget and resources, ensuring the most effective use of resources.
8. Monitor and report on the progress of transformation initiatives to senior stakeholders.
9. Provide leadership and direction to the transformation team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Head of Transformation role will have:
1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading successful transformation initiatives.
2. Extensive knowledge of GAAP, insurance accounting, and STAT.
3. Experience with ERP implementation and compliance with the Model Audit Rule.
4. Strong project management skills, with experience managing large-scale IT projects.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
6. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective transformation strategies.
7. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
8. A relevant degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
